Other Benefits of our Storage Options
We make it as easy as one two three for our clients to send their metals to storage. No separate accounts to sign up for, no complex forms to fill out, secure storage with Regal Assets is as simple as shopping for delivery.
Getting Set Up is as Easy as One Two Three
After purchasing your metals, you’ll have the option to get the metals delivered directly to any eligible vault location. We’ll create an account for you automatically at your chosen depository.
It’s that easy. Your order will be quickly shipped to the vault you chose, including all the usual tracking and verification you’d expect. Once in your vault account, you can take delivery any time you need it, or transfer them to a different vault location, or even go pick up your metals yourself in person!
The Incomparable Security of Segregated Storage
Segregated Vault storage with a private, fully insured third-party custodian is hands down the safest option for gold and silver bullion storage. With segregated vaulting, your precious metals are held as individual coins or bars in clearly marked and separated space. The original metals purchased are the exact same sold upon liquidation or physical delivery.
Privately Insured
All segregated vault storage options are third-party insured for the total value of account.
Compare that to safe deposit boxes provided by commercial banks. They are not insured by the FDIC from losses as bank deposits are, nor do most provide any sort of affordable insurance option. This leaves investors subject to losses from theft, fire, and other causes, with little recourse.
Reduced Theft Risk
While we strongly advocate having some physical silver and gold close at hand in case of a crisis, just like keeping cash at home versus in a bank, there are limits on how much bullion is safe to store at home. Passed a certain amount, you should seek out a professional storage facility/partner, and your local bank’s safety box will likely not cut it for reasons we’ll cover later in this article. Take for example this one example report that was widely circulated on the web of a man losing $750,000 worth of precious metals to thieves who raided his home: (original link).
Transparent, and FLAT Pricing Fee
Unlike many competitors who charge a percent of your investment, which grows as your account grows in value, we charge a FLAT rate of $250 per year regardless of your account’s size. You get private, segregated vault storage, with full-time surveillance, armed guards, and all the controls provided by the industry’s most recognized security providers for one flat yearly fee. If you’ve been shopping for vault storage for a while, chances are you’ve hard a hard time getting a straight answer when it comes to pricing. At Regal Assets, we don’t do business that way. We charge one flat annual flat rate which stays the same regardless of how much you invest.
Physical Bullion Storage is Cheaper than Gold & Silver ETF Fees
This might come to a surprise to many ETF investors out there, but gold & silver storage is actually much cheaper than ETF management fees. On this table, we’ll compare the expensive management fees of some of the most popular gold and silver exchange traded funds (ETFs) to the price of storing physical gold and silver bullion in fully insured, segregated vaults. You’ll notice what a value physical storage provides in comparison to gold ETF investing. Plus, when choosing segregated vault storage, you won’t be subject to the common problems associated with most precious metals ETFs, such as the inability to take possession of metals, issues accurately tracking the price when markets move quickly, or complex bank regulations. Counterparty risk is high when investing in any form of “paper gold”. With physical gold storage, you own your gold and no one can take it from you.
Gold Storage to ETF Comparison
Example: A $500,000 account, e.g. 500 oz. of gold bullion at $1,000.00 spot price, versus ETF equivalents.

No Scaled or Complex Fractional Pricing
We are one of the rare companies out there that charge a low FLAT yearly rate, regardless of your account’s value. Also, our storage services are transparently priced with no hidden fees, unlike many other “allocated” or “digital” vault storage competitors that use a complicated fractional gold ounce or silver gram schemes to keep charging you more year over year.
